Mediation

Consensus building. Creative solutions

In mediation, an impartial third party mediator assists the parties in negotiating a settlement that is acceptable to all parties. Mediation is typically the fastest and least expensive way to resolve a dispute. It is particularly well suited for cases involving parties that have ongoing business relationships. Mediation allows for the parties to help craft the most creative and case-specific resolution to their dispute.

Arbitration

Practical, Experienced, Efficient

In arbitration, parties submit their claims to an arbitrator who makes a final decision on all issues. This process is typically faster and less expensive than a court trial and it may remain confidential. The parties can define the parameters for discovery based on the needs of the case and the issues at hand. The parties are also consulted when the arbitrator the discovery and arbitration schedules.
